Self-Defense Workshop March 18

Self-defense is much more than hitting a focus mitt or learning a few cool techniques that might work when faced with violence.
In this three-hour workshop, you will be introduced to a practical and holistic self-defense framework that will improve your confidence and personal safety.
What to wear: Loose, comfortable clothing that allows a full range of motion. Examples: Joggers, sweats or yoga pants, a t-shirt, and socks (or bare feet). Please remove jewelry to prevent potential injury to yourself or your partners during the physical portions of this workshop.
What to bring: A water bottle
