Classes & programs
Kids Classes
Age-appropriate martial arts and self-defense classes for kids aged 5-14. Our focus is on awareness, balance, and control.
adult classes
Adult classes are available for ages 15 and older. All activities are scaled to promote positive growth in a safe and challenging environment.
kickboxing
Kickboxing provides an incredible workout and it’s a TON of fun. Our kickboxing coaches are upbeat, energetic, and full of smiles.
