On Saturday, September 12 our dojo will have a booth at Poulsbo Kids Day from 10am – 2pm in the parking lot near Home Depot/Petco. I’m looking for volunteers to help at our booth, even if you can only assist for part of the time.

Here are some of the activities we’ll be getting up to:

2. Temporary Tattoo Applicators
3. Origami Frog Racers
    a. Making Frogs (or other origami projects
    b. Judging Races
4. Paper Shuriken Target Games
    a. Making the shuriken
    b. Supervising the games
5. Kids Day Passport Stamping
6. Active Participation Demonstration

The organizers had so much fun with our 30-minute active participation demo last year they were excited to invite us back this year. During the demo we had kids from the audience join us as we lead them through our regular class warmups and held focus mitts for them to punch and kick.

Please join me and help make our booth and demonstration awesome!

Parents, please add your contact information below so I can keep in touch with you. Please include the names of anyone who will be helping at the booth or with the demonstration in the field at the bottom of this form.
